To set up just load your account with any cash amount f rom £5.00 You can pay by postal order, cheque, cash by registered post, and note there is no expiry date use it when you like.

 

To open an account just click the Pay Pal icon in the red box and enter your details, then pay using PAY PAL - If your not happy with this method please pay by post with a cheque, postal order or cash.
